Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how my Discord bots ("the Bots") collect, use, and handle your information. By using the Bots, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information I Collect

The Bots may access the following data provided by Discord when you interact with them:

User data: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
Server data: server (guild) ID, server name, channel IDs, and roles.
Message data: message content only when the Bot is directly invoked (via commands, mentions, or configured triggers).

I do not collect passwords, email addresses, or payment information.

2. How I Use Your Information

Any data accessed by the Bots is used solely to:

Provide and operate the Bots' features and commands.
Improve performance and fix bugs.
Prevent abuse and enforce my Terms of Service.

3. Data Storage

I store only the minimum data necessary for the Bots to function (such as server configuration and user preferences). This data is stored securely and is not accessible to third parties.

Message content is not logged or stored permanently unless explicitly required by a feature you have opted into (e.g., logging modules).

4. Data Sharing

I do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties. Data may only be disclosed if required by law.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

When the Bots are removed from a server, all stored data associated with that server is deleted within a reasonable timeframe. You may also request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me (see below).

6. Children's Privacy

The Bots are not directed at individuals under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your jurisdiction). I do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

I take reasonable measures to protect the data handled by the Bots. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Bots after changes constitutes acceptance.
